Character:Creator God of Light, Horakhty (Kazuki Takahashi's trading card illustration)
Series: Yu-gi-oh!
Cosplayer: me

Novegro Exhibition Park, May 2013

Thanks to Marcella for this great picture! This is the latest picture of my Horakhty cosplay v.2.0 . I'm currently working on it in order to add details, new shades of gold and fix little blemishes. It will be as good as new in September, when the heat will hopefully decrease!

Amazing!
I wish I could meet you in persom while wearing that cosplay so much! It just looks great and is a cosaply to a character that holds so much nostalgic meaning to me.
Thank you so much for making and wearing this costume :)

Is just...mind blowing how people can make amazing cosplays that look exactly like the characters.

Amazing, amaaaazing cosplay. Kudos for pulling off something as craaazy as Horakhty - those wings look fantabulous! :D

Out of interest, how heavy is all that armour?

Thank you very much!
Well, being almost entirely made of craft foam the armor is surprisingly light...i'd say not more than a pound for the whole armor, including the helmet and the wings!
Surprisingly enough, the stilts are the heaviest part of this costume, they weight 2 pounds the couple!
